Guide
Install on Windows
Download
Download the signed MSI installer (or the portable EXE, if you don't want a service) from the download page. Verify the published SHA-256 checksum before running it.
Installing
- Run the MSI. Windows may show a signed-publisher prompt — confirm it comes from Amtiri SpA.
- The installer registers a Windows service named
DataOrchesterand starts it automatically. - It opens a firewall rule for the configured HTTP port so the web UI is reachable on the local network.
Verifying the installation
- Open
services.mscand confirmDataOrchestershows as Running. - Reboot the machine once and confirm the service starts automatically before any user logs in — the engine is meant to run headless, driving physical processes even when nobody is signed in.
- Browse to
http://localhost(or the configured port) to reach the first run screen.
If SmartScreen warns
A correctly signed installer (Authenticode) should not trigger a SmartScreen warning. If you see one on a release that is supposed to be signed, do not proceed — verify the checksum again and contact support before installing.
